     Thank you for visiting my website. I would like to take a few moments to tell a little more about myself and why you should call on me for all of your real estate needs.

I would like to tell you a little about myself.   In 1988 I moved here from Monsey, New York.   I have been licensed in real estate since 1994.   Since then I have helped hundreds of family's list and sell homes all over the Central Florida area and I would like to help you in buying a home, whether new or resale or listing your home for sale.

The services I provide:

  • An initial consulting session to determine your needs, wants, desires and financial specifications.
  • Pick the best home for you based on your goals.   I will research and show you the property information from the Greater Orlando Multiple Listing Service so you will not need to work with any other REALTOR. I will go over the choices with which will save you time in not looking at inappropriate homes.
  • Make appointments to show you these homes and take you on a tour of these homes.
  • Provide you with real estate values, locations, specifications, amenities, taxes, utilities, insurance, ownership costs and services along with local area information, to help you make a wise buying decision.
  • Advice you on all inspection services you will need.   Provide information on additional professional services such as attorneys, title insurance companies, and mortgages brokers and warranty companies.
  • Completely review the contract, addendum's, disclosures, obligations and closing costs and all details.
  • Prepare an offer at your direction to present to the seller, assist in all negations and bring the contract to a successful closing.   I will explain all the paperwork and procedures and coordinate a smooth transfer of the home from the seller to you.
  • Monitor and coordinate all closing details including contract deadlines, inspections, contingencies, mortgage process approvals insurance requirements and final walk-through.
  • Assist you with the transfer of utilities and the details of the purchase.
  • Provide you with information regarding your needs wants and desires.
  • I want to be your Realtor and I will always be available through the closing process and afterwards.
